Beta Contributor Programme

A small group of teams gets the full Scale plan for free — shared inbox, live chat, WhatsApp, knowledge base and Capture — in exchange for real usage and honest feedback. AI is included up to 250 requests per month; beyond that you can add an AI pack.

What we expect

• Put the chat widget live on your website.
• Handle at least 20 real support requests in EspressoDesk.
• Fill in one short survey after 30 days.
• Allow us to use your logo and a short testimonial.

First 30 days are unconditional. After that, free access continues for contributors who met the conditions above.
