Connecting Gmail or Outlook with OAuth

For Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 the easiest path is the OAuth button in Settings -> Email channel. You are redirected to your provider, you approve access for the mailbox you want to use, and you come back connected.

OAuth is safer than a password: EspressoDesk never sees your credentials and you can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account.

The access token is refreshed automatically in the background. If a connection ever shows an error, reconnect with the same button; this usually happens after a password change or an administrator policy change on your side.
