Language, timezone and dark mode
Updated 2026-09-09
Each user configures their own interface. In Settings -> Profile you set the language, English or Spanish, and your timezone, which controls how every timestamp in tickets and reports is displayed to you.
The light and dark theme toggle is in the top navigation and is remembered per browser. Both themes are designed for high contrast so the inbox stays readable during long shifts.
These settings are personal: changing your language does not change what your colleagues or your customers see. The customer portal follows the language your customer is browsing in, and the chat widget follows the visitor's browser language.
Step by step
- Open Settings -> Profile.
- Choose your interface language, English or Spanish.
- Pick your timezone. Every date in tickets, reports and SLA timers is then shown in your local time.
- Save, then use the theme switch in the top bar to choose light or dark.
Good to know
- The timezone only changes what you see. It does not move deadlines: an SLA target stays the same moment in time for the whole team.
- Business hours for SLA policies are configured separately by an administrator for the workspace, not per agent.
- Dark mode is remembered per browser, so the same account can be dark on your laptop and light on a shared machine.
- If your workspace uses custom colour themes, light and dark are two separate sets and the switch moves between them.
