Remote support: AnyDesk and TeamViewer
Updated 2026-08-20
Remote support lets an agent jump into a remote session straight from the ticket.
How it works
We store the customer's AnyDesk and/or TeamViewer ID on the ticket and turn it into a one-click link that opens the client already installed on your computer. EspressoDesk never controls the remote machine itself and never stores session recordings.
Using it
- Ask the customer for their AnyDesk ID (9-10 digits, shown in the AnyDesk window) or TeamViewer ID.
- Open the ticket and find the Remote session block in the right sidebar.
- Paste the ID, click Save IDs, then Connect.
- Your local AnyDesk / TeamViewer opens with the ID prefilled; the customer still has to accept the session.
Requirements
- AnyDesk or TeamViewer installed on the agent's computer.
- The customer must approve every connection on their side.
Plans
Remote support is a $6/month add-on on Starter and Pro, and is included in Scale.
