Installing the chat widget on your website

Open Settings -> Live chat and copy the snippet shown there. Paste it just before the closing body tag of every page where you want the chat bubble, then publish your site.

The widget is a single small script, loads asynchronously and works on any platform that lets you add custom HTML, including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and plain HTML sites.

The snippet already contains your workspace identifier, so there is nothing else to configure. Once installed, a visitor who opens the bubble creates a live chat ticket that appears in your shared inbox in real time.
