Live Chat & Customer Portal

Your branded customer portal

Updated 2026-09-04

Every workspace includes a dedicated customer support portal hosted at /p/your-slug. This portal acts as your brand's central self-service hub, cleanly displaying your custom logo, your primary brand color, and all your published knowledge base articles. Additionally, once a client signs in, they gain access to a personal dashboard to review and manage their ticket history.

You can customize your portal's visual appearance under Settings → Workspace by uploading your logo and selecting your brand color. Because every customer portal is strictly isolated to your workspace's unique URL slug, your clients will only access your documentation and support requests—ensuring complete privacy and preventing exposure to any other company's content.

To maximize adoption, insert your portal link across key customer touchpoints: your main website navigation, email signatures, and inside your live chat widget. Directing visitors to your portal provides two immediate operational advantages for your support team:

Decreased inbound volume: Customers frequently resolve routine issues by reading self-service help articles before opting to open a new support ticket.

Streamlined ticket tracking: Clients with open requests can easily monitor progress and check status updates directly on their portal, reducing follow-up inquiries sent to your inbox.
