Keyboard shortcuts in EspressoDesk Capture

Capture ships with no keyboard shortcuts by default, so it can never steal a combination you already use. You decide which actions deserve one.

Open Capture, go to Settings -> Shortcuts and you will see every available action: capture the full screen, capture a selected area, capture the active window, open the editor and send the last capture to a ticket. Click Record next to an action, press the combination you want and it is saved immediately.

Choose combinations with at least one modifier (for example Ctrl or Cmd plus Shift plus a letter). If the operating system or another program already owns the combination, Capture tells you it could not be registered - pick a different one. Use Clear to remove a shortcut and go back to no shortcut at all.

Shortcuts are global: they work even when Capture is in the background. They are stored on that computer only and are not synced between devices or agents, so each person configures their own.
