Accepting updated terms and where acceptance is recorded

When the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or Refund Policy change, the account owner sees an acceptance window the next time they open the panel. The workspace keeps working while it is open, but the notice returns until someone with authority accepts.

What we record: the document, its version date, the moment of acceptance, the user who accepted and the IP address. This is an append-only audit trail, so an older acceptance is never overwritten by a newer one and you can always show which wording you agreed to.

Where to read the documents: the Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are linked in the footer and inside the acceptance window, in English and Spanish. Each one shows its "last updated" date at the top.
