Buying add-ons for agents, tickets and AI

Add-ons are bought separately from your plan, so you only pay for what you actually need.

There are three kinds: extra agent seats, extra monthly tickets and AI packs. Buy them in Settings -> Billing; each one is its own purchase and appears in your billing history separately from the subscription.

As soon as a purchase is confirmed, your workspace limits are recalculated automatically, so a new agent seat can be used immediately. If you remove an add-on, the limits are recalculated the same way at the end of the period.

All prices shown in the app and on the website are net amounts, excluding VAT.
