Renewal dates, expiry and read-only mode

Every billing screen shows the date that matters for your workspace:

• Trial ends - the last day of your 14-day free trial.
• Renews on - the next automatic charge for an active subscription.
• Access until - shown after a cancellation; the workspace works normally until this date.

When the trial ends without a purchase, or a cancelled subscription reaches its end date, the workspace switches to read-only mode:

• You and your agents can still sign in and read every ticket, message and article.
• Sending replies, creating or editing tickets, and publishing knowledge base articles are blocked.
• Incoming email and chat keep arriving so nothing is lost.

Buying or resuming a plan restores full access immediately - no data is deleted while the workspace is read-only.
