Comparing Starter, Pro and Scale

EspressoDesk has three plans, billed monthly and quoted net, excluding VAT.

• Starter, 29: the shared inbox, email channel, knowledge base and customer portal for a small team.
• Pro, 79: more agents and tickets, plus automation and quality features such as automatic assignment and CSAT.
• Scale, 199: the largest limits and the AI features, including the chatbot and custom domains.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. During the trial you can try the features of the plan you selected; when the trial ends, access is blocked until you subscribe, but your data stays where it is.

You can change plan at any time in Settings -> Billing.
