Cancelling an add-on without cancelling your plan

Add-on packs (extra agents, ticket packs, AI packs) are separate subscriptions from your base plan, so you can cancel them independently.

To cancel only an add-on:

1. Open Settings -> Billing.
2. Find the add-on in the list of active packs.
3. Click Cancel on that pack. Your base plan is untouched.

What happens next:

• The pack stays usable until the end of the period you already paid for; the end date is shown next to the pack.
• No refund or credit is issued for the remaining days - packs are charged in full for each period.
• When the period ends, the extra seats, tickets or AI requests are removed and your limits go back to your plan limits. If you are over the new limit, remove agents before the end date to avoid losing access to team features.

To cancel the base plan instead, use Cancel subscription in the same screen; the workspace stays active until the renewal date shown there.
