Cancelling an add-on without cancelling your plan

Add-on packs (extra agents, ticket packs, AI packs) are separate subscriptions from your base plan, so you can cancel them independently.

To cancel only an add-on:

1. Open Settings -> Billing.
2. Find the add-on in the list of active packs.
3. Click Cancel on that pack. Your base plan is untouched.

What happens next:

• The pack stays usable until the end of the period you already paid for; the end date is shown next to the pack.
• No refund or credit is issued for the remaining days - packs are charged in full for each period.
• When the period ends, the extra seats, tickets or AI requests are removed and your limits go back to your plan limits. If you are over the new limit, remove agents before the end date to avoid losing access to team features.

To cancel the base plan instead, use Cancel subscription in the same screen; the workspace stays active until the renewal date shown there.

Monthly or yearly

Extra agent seats, WhatsApp, Capture Pro and Extra Storage can be bought monthly or yearly. The yearly price is ten times the monthly net price, so you get two months free: agent seat $120/yr, WhatsApp $290/yr, Capture Pro $90/yr, Extra Storage $90/yr (+50 GB), $160/yr (+100 GB) and $350/yr (+250 GB). AI packs and extra ticket packs are monthly only, because their allowance resets every month. Pick the cycle with the Monthly / Yearly switch above the add-on cards in Settings -> Billing. All prices are NET, excluding VAT or sales tax.
